Meal prep for work this block. Dinners are Philly Cheese Steak (ground turkey) rice bowls. Cheese is added once warmed up.

This maafe inspired peanut stew turned out really well. I added extra peanut butter (to finish off the jar) and did it in the instant pot for 5 minutes on high.
Vegan(ish) because I had chicken stock on hand and not vegetable stock. Otherwise it would have been. 🐆🍽️🚑 #mealprepfurs
