New #Lego set! I've been playing with Lego my whole life, and did not realize until this exact moment that the minifigure hand is perfectly sized to fit the bottom hole of any brick! Mind blown.

A week before I was laid off, I came across Isaiah 43:2 via three different independent sources.
The Bible never promises that life isn't going to suck, but that the pain is neither fruitless, nor is it the end of the story. I can't begin to guess how long this season of unemployment will last for me, and I'd be lying if I said I didn't regularly wrestle with doubt and anxiety, but the emotions of the moment cannot change the reality of hope.
God's not done with my story.
Imagine if, instead of coming up with a roadmap and stamping it with “here be dragons,” you could identify where those dragons might be hiding, and actually factor in the time to fight them?
