If you aren't using RSS, or not planning to, you will miss out. RSS used to be widely supported by browsers and was even showed in the url-bar, untill they removed it.
A weird choice, since RSS is a good feature, I wrote about it (https://www.codebuzz.nl/2025-07-07-reintroducing-rss). It's the next 'old' thing coming back.
If you don't know RSS, read up, it's a real value and a time-saver.
Good repo. Lot's of resources!

Imagine this, redesigning a website, 3 new pages added, with css and all. Deleting a wrong network-folder and in that same moment the filemanager locking up. All gone.
I used to like Gnome. as it improved, untill it got worse, more bloated, less functional. Obviously those Gnome days are gone. This was the last straw.
If they kept caring for Gnome, like their (idiotic) DEI, it might still be ok with Gnome. Seems politics are more important, then good code.
All in with Xfce now.
I need to do a shout-out. I am sure there are people working on websites who could use these tools.
A nice collection of CSS tools by @css https://css-generators.com/
I might use this one from the css-pattern maker: https://css-pattern.com/
This is where we will be heading next. For those who need to know.

Anyone on here working for #vercel ? In case someone is and cares.. I've mentioned several times before their verification breaks on Librewolf (a more secure Firefox clone). So, I can't visit websites using vercel!
It should worry someone.
Time to get serious about our personal data.
I have been a fan of sites like w3schools.com. Today, I decided to open their cookie consent information.
Visitors data gets shared with over 700+ companies, every visit! No, not going to fly anymore!
Going back to the world of blogs, and coderblogs who just share for the likes of it.
Time to rebuild online communities, blogs, honest information sharing. It won't be found in big-tech. We need to build them ourselves.
I enjoyed watching Linus and Linus. LTT isn't always for me, but this episode, I think it might become one for the archives. Lots of puns and laughs.
Best moment: Linus Torvalds on LTT running a new Linux install where it says 'It's your operating system'. LTT adds, this has never been more true!
Go watch this one, it's a nice one. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mfv0V1SxbNA
