I think it would be neat if something like a survival game was able to import an area from OpenStreetMap, preferably one rich in POIs, and used it to generate a playable world.

My best example would be a game like 7 Days to Die, where the various locations on OSM would be used to place buildings and the themed POIs in the world, as well as rivers and what not.

Does something like this exist? I've gone through the OSM wiki a few times.
