It takes a lot of skill in cooking to really get the most out of fungi but man some of them are incredibly delicious. For a while I lived in redwood country, there are lots of edible fungi there.

Desperately seeking advice. There is a very important (semi political) issue I am trying to make people aware of but I am not finding my voice, and I am also getting censored (elsewhere).
