Un ressortissant français a été arrêté et est en détention au Sénégal depuis le 14 février, notamment pour « actes contre-nature », dans un pays où les peines réprimant les relations homosexuelles ont été récemment durcies, a-t-on appris vendredi de source diplomatique.
