@Gargron a consensus on usage of CW in the fediverse would be similar to getting consensus by all software producers on taxonomies & tagging of their documentation content. Good luck!

However, it may be helpful to talk about & showcase good examples of tagging patterns,UI patterns, and how they support (or don’t) core use routines.

Do you have a sunlight lamp? It makes a noticeable difference if I use it consistently first thing in the AM.
I’ve banded together w some friends to help each other fight off the SADs. It’s one tool.
