The light hits different in #marseille
it’s a little odd to me that there is no mention of Marc Jacobs in this iteration of the collaboration. Sure he wasn’t involved this time, but he was the one who went to Yayoi 10 years ago to initiate what became one of the most iconic collabs. https://wwd.com/fashion-news/fashion-scoops/louis-vuitton-tokyo-takeover-launch-second-collaboration-yayoi-kusama-1235429524/

The end of another iconic #Gucci era is upon us. Among all the magical moments Alessandro Michele has conjured, one that stands out for me will be the incredible red carpet looks worn by Jodie Turner-Smith. With Gucci I often find that the look overwhelmingly wears the person, whereas Jodie has always been in control, at one with her (and the house’s) glamorous image. Excited to see which direction Gucci (and Jodie) will take stylistically. #fashion
ON WEDNESDAYS WE WEAR BLACK AND WHITE
Loving the promotional rollout of Tim Burton’s WEDNESDAY on #Netflix, including star Jenna. Ortega in Herrera SS22. The leather gloves, severe hair and matching umbrella make it especially creeptastic! #fashion #entertainment #timburton
Continue to be blown away by and in awe of the #creativity and #beauty coming out of the #fashion #editorial community in #China. For Marie Claire China’s 20th anniversary issue, Editor Austin Feng partnered with stylist Mix Wei and model Lina Zhang and 10 different photographers on the theme of Tradition and Pleasure. These images of Lina in Carolina Herrera by Liu Song with creative by Cathy Dong and set design (!!!) by Zenus Art Studio are absolutely incredible.
Whether Mastodon floats or flops, I’m grateful for the likes of @ChristinaBinkley and @tfl (voices whom I trust!) who have taken the plunge onto this platform to pique my curiosity. Who else in fashion, trends, and technology news should we be following? Seems like discovery is a little clunky at the moment?
