I am a phonetician, linguist, and linguistic fieldworker at the University at Buffalo. I spend a lot of time thinking about speech production, corpus phonetics, speech reduction and functional factors controlling it; and linguistic prosody (esp. tone and phonation).

Linguistics is hella big!
