Based on this chart, the US should not be spending a single penny on widening highways or building new ones. We cannot even maintain the roads we have. Boston metro area is #3 for best maintained roads. How bad is the rest of the country?!

Confused drivers turning across the path of amateur blue bike cyclists and young people looking at the museum rather than their safety. The entrance and the people flow need urgent remodeling. The safety of a cyclist should not rely on a driver spotting you in a wing mirror.
