Wir freuen uns, gemeinsam mit dem @hacksaar am 20. und 21. September zum Mega-Knowledgecamp einzuladen!
Zwei Tage buntes Vortragsprogramm von allen für alle, spannende Workshops aus der Community, Barbetrieb rund um die Uhr, Spiel und Spaß am Abend, und ein inspirierendes Rahmenprogramm bringen Chaos-Stimmung nach Saarbrücken und regen zum interdisziplinären Austausch an, getreu dem Motto:
Begeisterung teilen – Share enthusiasm – Partager l'enthousiasme
Und Du kannst dabei sein!
Du wolltest schon immer mal einen Vortrag vor Publikum halten? Du hast dich so richtig in ein Thema reingenerded, und möchtest dein Wissen jetzt mit anderen teilen?
Uns ist egal, ob du Erstsemester oder renommierte:r Professor:in bist, ob große Vorträge dein Alltag sind oder du höchstens mal ein Referat in der Schule gehalten hast, und ob du absolute:r Expert:in auf dem Gebiet bist oder einfach nur darüber erzählen möchtest. In unserem Programm ist Platz für (fast) alles!

My trifecta of interest lately has been
Backend: Python/Django/Flask with a focus on real-time/distributed workloads
Frontend: WebComponents are future
Hardware: PCB design and fabrication, particularly ESP32/nRF, MQTT/CoAP

We have 9mm and 12mm thick material, about 240mm wide and 1000mm long.
Its old (early 2000) and was recovered from a dumpster. The manufacturer most likely is degussa. But I cannot know for sure.
There are also some 25mm thick pieces left. Not sure how much.
I will only bring stuff on request, so answer to this post with the (reasonable) amount you would like to pick up at GPN.
I want to stress that this is a rather simple build, but I had to do several iterations.
Don't get fooled by me only posting the successful result!
I build the scintillator two times. And the SiPM frontends did not work at all in the first iteration (soldering issue).
The setup still is not light tight.
And the fibers in the scintillator are glued in rather ugly, only half of them work.
