This Twitter fiasco is a reminder of who is *actually* critical to the survival of our economy & society.

Twitter worked before the billionaire got here. Now that workers are gone, Twitter is collapsing. Workers made Twitter work—a billionaire broke it.

@scottjshapiro It really does feel like digital shipwreck survivors. I know that sounds dramatic but damn, that’s where I *was* during the pandemic.

@goodblue Yikes. I’m in…legitimate awe at how poorly run this deal has been. Like a drunk raccoon manning a bulldozer in Twitter headquarters would have had less damage.
