Can Trump be prosecuted within the rules as they exist now?
It is a serious test for our system and a great lesson for lay-observers like myself.

@anneapplebaum the need to renegotiate international terms of trade has been obvious since at least 2000...usually doing so requires a war...scary times

If Trump loses on this appeal, what are his options to appeal higher?
I would not be surprised to learn of some collusion between Chesebro and the Trump gang leading to that request.
