One of the most interesting realizations I’ve made recently is that my dog appreciates the view of the ocean from our balcony. After her breakfast and before talking a walk to do her business, she asks to go out on the balcony and just sits, staring at the view. Sometimes when she goes out, she’s super interested in sniffing the air or listening to the people in the pool below, but in the morning, she just looks. I suppose it’s the doggo equivalent of sitting out there with a cup of morning coffee.
