"A total of 689 printer models from Brother, along with 53 other models from Fujifilm, Toshiba, and Konica Minolta, come with a default administrator password that remote attackers can generate. Even worse, there is no way to fix the flaw via firmware in existing printers."

"Users of existing Brother printers listed in the impacted models should consider their devices vulnerable and immediately change the default admin password, followed by applying the firmware updates."

If you have a network-connected Brother printer, and you have never reset the default admin password, please do so.

And then check any other network devices for updates and default settings too, while you are at it.

"You in love with a bot and mad at it."

New LP from Public Enemy is pay what you will on Bandcamp now.

Needed to hear this right now, somehow. They've got a ton to say about ageism, AI, Big Tech, and why OG hip hop saved the Yankees from their '73 low point.

Maybe it's also having ABULD3EES in town from Jerusalem.

almost all content should have made it into the wayback machine.

some pages behaved inconsistently weird though, just redirecting anything to https://blackblogs.org at times. in this case that means parts of https://blackblogs.org/members/ and https://chronik.blackblogs.org/ might be missing :/
