Something that's been in my routine for decades has been to think of the part of my mind that tries to solve problems while I'm asleep as a daemon or agent. I would call it a "TSR" (Terminate and Stay Resident program), a throwback to DOS computing. This morning, I woke up with a solution to a systems problem and followed up with it after I made some green tea. I do take it for granted, and I do, at times, even try to instruct it before going to bed. Sound familiar to anyone? #autism #asd ?

@ThePolishDispatch fwiw, this might gross-out others, i found this while on a wild goose chase for something else for someone else the other morning; it's the missing link for the bigos; though I should plan on trying make my own version
@bloognoo when I'm trying to motivate myself to do housework, I'll repeat to myself "I'm a robot" and act like a robot to get in the mood
@ThePolishDispatch I also turned twelve for the fourth time; adding something to indicate that in my bio; and mostly polish, but don't need to add that 🥟- working on some #plantbased (as my fam would say) gwumpki, pierogi, bigos, etc. [sorry 4 all the edits]
Something that pushed the idea forward to be evaluated was last year when I was trying to think of my favorite three characters from TV or film. I couldn't think of three, but Data is sort of a missing link. #autism
