What to do with a Z69 Android Box?

I have a spare Z69 4K Android TV box here and no use for it at the moment. The dagger above the staff had 20 DPS and showed +2 in the Tooltip. This is something I can understand. But the staff has 40 DPS and only shows +4. How is this calculated? #d4 #diablo #diabloiv
