I've only been back to my studies for five days but I am absolutely wrecked. The travelling this year is exhausting, 4 hours daily, and the coursework is already intense but I am still really happy I get the opportunity to do this. I cannot emphasise this enough.
I've spent half my life this week sleeping on buses and trains or waiting for lectures, yet I still haven't managed to be around here!
Going to rectify that this week.
@pendulumscale Just realised the bad thing about sunway tooter is how the images open. My phone reception is very poor in certain places and I usually give up before the picture loads as it takes so long while if I use the web app they load much quicker.
Probably not an issue for others though with good reception.

I've totally got over my previous dislike of certain words such as 'addicting' and the change in use of the word 'literally' but my own misspellings and errors are far worse to me than those words ever were.

KateHere's a difference between my experience in mastodon and the birdsite. There I know what people do. It forms a substance to what they say. Social status first, then abbreviated opinion.
Here I have no idea what people do or who they are socially. But I recognise and follow thought patterns, cares, fabrications. It feels like a profound acceptance of what is.
I appreciate this so much.
@davidpgil @dzuk @mykola Twitter is great for work and Facebook is good for family and friends to keep up/catch up but I never used them much for personal stuff (weird stalker from real life found them).
But I like how more conversational and open/honest people are here while being considerate of others or at least that's how I've found it.
