We (the Earth and its inhabitants) need transformative mitigation and adaptation. We need Zero Harm.
Unequal access to food, energy, shelter and work arise from an unjust, extractive, growth-based economic system.
Politicians think that winning is the only goal. They also think the Cost of Living crisis is a separate bigger issue than the Earth crisis.
People are really concerned about climate change. But they're led to believe it's a faraway problem we can't solve and don't need to tackle now.
#NetZero is hopeless, as policies are too slow, & unreliable tree planting & unproven CO2 capture. Yet Sunak is watering down pledges to drive a 'green wedge' between Tories & Labour.
