My last name rhymes with “oak.”

@caseyliss I’m loving Callsheet! Paid for a year after about five minutes. It’s probably worth more than you’re charging, but I’m not complaining. 😂 My favorite Easter Egg so far is “The Hunt for Red October.” It’s one of my favorite movies too.
And the @scarletapp feature is live (at least, in the US store)! A nice surprise this week. The framing is a bit different to the templates, which is curious, but it still works
@stroughtonsmith I downloaded Broadcasts after hearing @imyke and @jsnell say they use it on @upgrade. I can’t figure out what URL to point it at for Relay.fm shows though. I tried relay.fm/live, but that didn’t work during the PenAddict podcast. Am I doing something wrong? See also for ATP.
Got a sneaky peek right before leaving for the airport last week 👀 Looking forward to making @ivory for Mac my main when I get home 😄
This has come up twice just today (in an hour somehow!), SO - here's a fun #a11y tip for the day. The #Accessibility Inspector on your Mac can inspect the sim - it will show you lots of things like label, value, even actions associated to each view. The key is to select "simulator" from the top leading drop down menu! #iOS

Please stop using “mom” as an example of an unsophisticated user of technology. This reinforces harmful stereotypes.

Instead, I suggest using “congressperson”.

I am curious if there are any Mastodon apps that let you mute individual posts or links.

Not a problem now, but I plan to follow a lot more accounts over time and that’d be a killer feature.

Mastodon does feel broken without quote tweets, but what really worries me is the blurry line between public and private messages. DMs are lumped in with replies, with zero UI indication they're meant to be private. And you can reblog replies sent to you from private accounts publicly, without ever realizing the account was private. I'm kinda afraid to touch anything that isn’t a public post or a reply. It doesn't help that the iOS app hides features available on the website (like the DMs tab)
