Pet Needs is going to be big in the punk world! Friday night was their first headlining show in the US and they had the full band in tow. High energy, great songs, and a very enthusiastic crowd. Go see them if they're coming to a small club near you.

I'm a few days late... The first of 4 VERY different shows with a trip to the 80s. Simple Minds, Soft Cell, and Modern English. I knew a lot more Simple Minds songs than I thought. And I really enjoyed Modern English's short set, I'll have to look up more of their material.

Matt Nathanson is always a good show and last night was one of the best I've seen. He and KT Tunstall are amazing together. He seems to genuinely enjoy performing and feeds off the audience's energy.
