@Dio9sys @ifixcoinops emuparadise didn't die, it just got harder to use, especially for Nintendo titles. I got OoT from there last night. Idk where I would go if they died. Torrents most likely.
@FelisCatus @HeavenlyPossum I think more so that when people *say* natural or unnatural they're expressing a value judgment, such that things described as natural ought to be as they are, and things unnatural ought not to. Otherwise, they're separating natural from artificial, artifice being to alter (by a living thing) from some prior – presumably unaltered – state.
My pet peeve is CC BY(-*) licensed images posted without attribution. There's lotsa room in that alt text, folks.
Until I looked into it just now, I had thought that windows 7 had a longer supported lifespan than windows 10, but it really didn't because windows 10 is over ten years old now. I skipped 8/8.1 because it looked ugly and now I'll be skipping 11 because it looks ugly *and* because I resent being strong-armed into buying a new CPU I don't need
some minecraft modpacks are impressively overpowered, I've got netherite scrap tripling and netherite ingot quadrupling, so 12 netherite from each ancient debris
@stechlinux i've been on ltsc the whole time but i'm still looking at moving away from windows when i can. I just need to get a big backup drive to be sure i won't lose anything
