Wenn ich eine private Website betreibe, die nur nach Login zu benutzen ist (z.B. meine eigene Nextcloud Instanz), brauche ich dann für die Login Seite eine Datenschutzerklärung? Nach meinem Verständnis richte ich mich ja nicht an irgendwelche Nutzer (die nicht ich sind).

I seem to be in the minority here but a web page should be able to load its content without needing JavaScript. If your page only loads an empty wireframe without JavaScript, you’ve failed at the web. Bare minimum, load the fucking content. If it’s being pulled dynamically, do that server side and then generate a damn page.

Fall ihr noch eine Argumentationshilfe gegen den Einsatz von Zoom braucht: Die EU-Kommission hat letzten Mittwoch nochmal explizit vom Einsatz von Zoom abgeraten:
