Judge rules Trump has violated the tenth amendment to the US constitution by usurping control over The National Guard and using this force against civilians in California.

Control of the national guard must therefore be handed over to the state of California, allowing Gavin Newsome to send the guard home.

As always, Trump has appealed to stay on the playground for a few more days, but in all likelihood it is game over.
