We're in a daily battle with nihilism. That's what fuels and foments on the right: absolute anti-rational nihilism. Isn't it funny that so-called religious conservatives, who validate themselves on faith, are so comfortable with people who proudly believe in nothing at all and undercut the notion that anything can be known, after all? Isn't it funny?

The feature set of a social media platform obviously matters, but what matters MORE is the aggregate user base, and we all know this and feel this.
@MichelleBirkby I always think about this quote from Kurt Vonnegut's "Slaughterhouse Five" in this regard. I think about it too much.
