Practicing the suggested art of shutting up.

Taking mediocrity to new levels of meh.

I take pictures and post stupidity.

I just realized that people who put national flags in their display name on here aren't necessarily nationalists. Some of them just have absolutely no idea what's going on
feels like ever since i ditched #discord i don't have any #friends #online anymore. even on #steam or #battlenet, ill message people and they just won't respond.
@AnarchoNinaWrites The one thing that might halt it is an actually left-wing party emerging, but I’m not hopeful given the mass media’s unwillingness to platform anyone to the left of Thatcher.

@filmfreak75 @actuallyautistic @autistics This is encouraging to hear.

As a late-diagnosed adult, I am so tired of every article focusing on children, and "autism families." It's understandable that the average person would think autism is a childhood affliction.

We have acquired a 4th kitty and we are deciding on a science-related name. The other cats are Neutron, Alice, and Tritium. New kitty is about 2 yrs old, tiny (7.5 lbs), and all black.

Particularly relevant fields: nuclear engineering, fusion, plasma physics, aerospace

Please boost for wider coverage. Please leave other ideas as a reply.

👀❤️THANK YOU, @Lana for your brilliantly worded post!

For anyone who would like to share this outside of Mastodon, this screenshot showed up in my Facebook feed (which is what brought me here).

This screenshot is for sharing on corporate social media, but the text is rather small for old eyes (like mine👵), so please be sure to use #AltText there, for anyone who uses the image.

“Jennifer Cromack was combing through the American Baptist archive when she uncovered a slim box… Opening it, she found a scroll in pristine condition.

A closer look revealed the 5-foot-long document was a handwritten declaration titled ‘A Resolution and Protest Against Slavery,’ signed by 116 New England ministers in Boston and adopted March 2, 1847. Until its discovery… American Baptist officials worried the anti-slavery document had been lost forever.” https://www.wbur.org/news/2025/07/03/massachusetts-slavery-abolition-baptist-new-england-document
