@panther_modern I do wish KeePassXC would be more open to plugins so automatic support for cloud storage could be integrated. Non techies wouldn't know how to back up their database or retrieve it.

@[email protected] @feditips One great onboarding idea is showing a federated feed right at the start, so people can get an idea of how mastodon works before signing up. Other app devs should take note.

@pixelfed A reputation system is a good idea if it’s not authoritative (which could be abused or just biased).
@AndiKod If you're not seeing many results it may be an issue with the website. I've seen a few complaints about the mastodon.social site.
@AndiKod Mastodon is not curated by any algorithm, anything you search is a chronological list of posts that used that tag. It will show posts from any instance that federates with your instance (most of them unless specifically excluded).
