#SteamOS 3.5 has finally reached the Preview channel, hopefully it'll reach Stable soon. It's a massive update and I can't help but be grateful that the #SteamDeck is not stuck in #Windows where none of these optimisations and feature additions could or would be done.

Steam Deck - Steam Deck OS 3.5 Preview - Steam News

SteamOS 3.5 has just been released to the Preview channel, and includes new features that are still being tested. You can opt into this in Settings > System > System Update Channel. Display The default color rendering for Steam Deck has been adjusted to emulate the sRGB color gamut, resulting in a slightly warmer and more vibrant color appearance. Added Settings -> Adjust Display Colors, to tune the display's Color Vibrancy and Color Temperature.

I honestly have no interest whatsoever in the #ROGAlly (and other #Windows handheld devices) until they get proper support to run #SteamOS like the #SteamDeck does, but it's pretty cool that #ASUS is giving 2 years of warranty (vs 1 year on the Steam Deck by #Valve) and like the Steam Deck, allows users to upgrade the internal SSD without voiding the warranty.
