Plot of the Day. The Netherlands has a very fine grained and in many senses very good postcode system. People often try to use postcodes for geographical purposes, to cluster precincts. The PC system however is not meant for that. Here convex hulls around all 3 digit prefixes, which often overlap:
This "Proposal for a Regulation on the establishment of European Business Wallets" contains the strongest worded sovereignty demand of any recent regulation I've seen. It demands that wallet providers not be under third-party country or third -party entity "control". But I don't know what "control" denotes in this context :
