❔ Müsste die EU Kommission das DPF nicht nach Artikel 3 mal überprüfen, wenn es Hinweise auf Probleme gibt? (Siehe oben)
❔ Letztes Jahr um diese Zeit gab es bereits einen Tätigkeitsbericht 2024 der #BfDI. Der schon empfahl schon eine vorzeitige Evaluation
