@Kdude @mab122 @team In addition. Trump recently fired members of the body essential to the DPF, the Privacy and Civil liberties Oversight Board (#PCLOB). As a result, there is no longer a quorum for this board to make decisions, rendering it effectively powerless. With this, the #DPF no longer appears to be in compliance and there is a high probability that the adequacy decision will have to be rescinded.
