@jbcrawford Hey wrt organ keys, it looks like wurlitzer 44-series had something pretty analogous to toggle switches for stops and were from the late 40s early 50s. The hammond B2 organ , 1940s predecessor to the B3 famous injazz/rock etc had drawbars for the "stops" but did have rocker/toggle switches as well

benjojoThe upcoming death of Skype is super inconvenient, I am (or soon to be "was") a regular user of "Skype Out" because it was the most simple way of doing international POTS calls, using my own number (aka, caller id "spoofed"), with WebRTC (so I don't have to mess around with god-awful software, or even worse a real phone)
I don't know of a service (outside of google voice, that I cannot use, because I am in the UK) that can do what Skype Out does/did.
