Engineering: "I don't have the requirements"
Engineers say this as if product isn't doing its job. The real problem is that engineering and product aren't working closely enough together. Engineering shouldn't brainlessly implement requirements from product. The best engineering teams are involved and understand their customers, and actively negotiate what is being built.
