Update: the somebody is me, I'm doing it.
My prototype is mostly working! Now to hook into the PHPUnit event system.
All of these tabs (plus a few more) resulted in a one-line PR
(asset version kept changing, turns out one dependency generated a random uuid unless you provided a variable)
I regret to inform you the Canadians (Shopify) are at it again
(found this bug today, checked the docs and realized we spelled it the American way)
