After 3 hours of baking I’m ready for the school bake sale tomorrow 😊 This is the first time trying loaves with spelt flour and they taste great! 😋 It’s not at all suspicious that there aren’t 4 loaves #qldvotes

Finally took the Vision Pro for a spin. It’s very impressive!! Felt like I’d just gotten off a ride at a theme park after it was done. I highly recommend booking a demo. They even had inserts capable of correcting my terrible eyesight.
With the colder weather in #brisbane at the moment, I’ve been enjoying some homemade tomato and chilli soup with some homemade wholemeal sourdough bread with linseed, sunflower seed and pumpkin seed 😋 🤤

Baked my second loaf of sourdough this morning and 😍😍
Things I corrected from the first attempt:
- made my own receipe with bakers math
- an extra 2-3 hours for bulk fermentation as my starter is still new
- oven temp was a bit high the first time
