Donald Trump has been indicted by a federal grand jury on *4 criminal counts* in Jack Smith's investigation into efforts to overturn the 2020 election.

The sealed indictment has been delivered to a DC magistrate judge by the foreman of the grand jury

Trump tried to overthrow an elected government in 2021, and may actually face justice for it. He's made it clear in his 2024 campaign that he will rule as a dictator if elected.

If Big Journalism won't finally take a stand -- in its news coverage, not just in its commentary -- to protect democracy (and by extension journalism), then it'll be directly complicit.

You can't be a mere observer about some things. This is one of them.

Yet another Trump Indictment.

Let's be clear. Trump was NOT indicted by Biden, Clinton, Pelosi, Soros, Big Bird, Target, Wokeness, Disney World, the pride flag, critical race theory, or Barbie. Trump was indicted by private citizens—as the US Constitution requires. Period.

Love the smell of due process on a Tuesday.
