When I was in the early part of my career I used to look at the managers who forgot how to code and swear that would never be me.
I haven't forgotten just yet, but I fear it'll be an AI team I'm managing when I do.

@rradczewski the particularly crazy thing is how well known the software defects were. Computer Weekly were writing about it in 2008, and Private Eye shortly after.
