Thomas Straker has been my (and a friend's) jam for a while, and this week he brought out his first (cook)book... so I bought one for me, one for my mom, and one for my friend.
Making new and old recipes this week. Today, a new one: Persian rice (with saffron) with lamb koftas and (not pictured) tzatziki and yoghurt-tahini sauce.
Had a blast meeting people and catching up with others at @SwiftLeeds. A special thanks to all that shared kind words and sat with me tackling accessibility issues and questions over lunch!
