@Melancholia dinsdag, namiddag. Ga binnen half uurtje "de goedgevoelschatkist" geven als ervaringswerker, in een 5e leerjaar, om gevoelens bespreekbaar & handelbaar te helpen maken. Is geweldig om te doen, maar ben dan ook "extra-curriculum" dus is makkelijk.

#FediTips – Never miss a toot!

Without an algorithm, and if you follow a lot of people, it's easy to miss messages from accounts in your feed.

If there are people who you never want to miss a post from, you can click on the Notify 🔔 icon in the web app, and it will always display their toots in your Notifications.

@altim @Angela_vandeWiel ik ben ook zo. Paar dingetjes:
Je kan per toot de taal verzetten (op desktop alvast). Mensen die hun taalfilter (settings) gebruiken zien je NL toot niet als ze NL niet aan hebben staan.
Ook, op desktop kreeg ik gisteren wél een translate, deed t op Fins en was prima. Dat was wel op mastodon.online, die zit al op 4.0 (kan je toots ook editen). Heb de link naar serveroverzicht waar je kan zien wie wat heeft, ff niet onder hand. DM gerust.

@Dave42W I'm actually curious about the moderation. I've seen one ban being reported. And a WHOLE LOT of nice people (even though #twittermigration must be taxing).
And yes, I wrote "no strings attached". No EU ownership or something. I imagine there would always be some rules as to how funds are to be used and who can apply. I've experienced first hand how some large funding is there for the taking "if you know the way". Not good.
