We've got big plans for next year. Big enough that we're hiring an Event Producer! Let us know if you know anyone amazing for this:

Framework - Event Producer

We're seeking an experienced Event Producer to craft unforgettable experiences that showcase the power of Framework products. As our first dedicated event marketer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our offline brand identity and fostering meaningful connections within the Framework community. While this role is focused on leading the event strategy, there are rare surge periods where our creative team would also be looking for assistance producing photo shoots.

This week is #saintcon which is one of my absolute favorite conferences. Great people, great content. Huge emphasis on learning and hands on β€œdo it”
I’ve been using #FreeBSD as my primary non-work computing environment again and am really enjoying it. I previously had for several months a few years ago, but was doing container heavy work and Linux was just easier. So much advancement since 12.x! I am happy with the simplicity and predictably.

I've been kinda curious... is there much of a retro computing community here?

I've been resurrecting an Apple IIgs which has led to some absolutely absurd decisions, like installing an AppleTalk network, buying some gateways for TCP/IP, and even looking at adding some mid-80s UNIX systems like Sequent Computing and NeXTStep Cubes.

If you're into these weird retro ventures and resurrections, reach out.

It's finally cooled down here in SF, so I've decided to run a Fall sale on everything in my Etsy store.

Great time to pick up a Max Headroom pin before the 37th anniversary on November 22, 2024!
