My only use case for #ChatGPT for #writing at the moment is for to generate synonyms and to remember words I'm blanking on. LLMs are a lot better at giving me information I can only vaguely remember than Google. For instance, I needed a word to describe a human-like android: ChatGPT suggested me 'biomimetic', which was good enough.
That's pretty much the line in the sand for how much I want to include LLMs into my workflow, however.

The nice thing about having a strong grasp of English grammar is that #editing becomes much less of a guessing game. The better you can articulate why something is or might be wrong, the better.
Putting my deadname on a short story manuscript is gross. That is all.
It's there for legal reasons, but I'm half-tempted to leave it off anyway.
Tracking my daily word count month-to-month is one of the best decisions I've made. It's nice seeing how much I've improved getting words down.
