Today I watched Techlore video about dumbphones users, and it inspires me to less use my smartphone or even to make a smartphoneless day. I allready have my Motorola 😎
Sounds unreal. It was easier to quit cigarettes, weed, alcohol, junkfood, but not social media scrolling. I stopped watching Instagram Reels, but now I watch a lot of YouTube
I am thinking of going to a YouTube alternative without these algorithms
How do you fight this sort of bad habits?
