That was an easy choice. I have Lego models of Huey, Dewey, and Louie that I built on the shelves around me in my office.

@davedelong NSUserDefaults isn't good enough for you?
I'm still sad that the visual CoreData Model Editor died in Xcode. That was such a convenient way to describe your app's model structure.
This whole LLM-generated stories for kids thing makes me despair.

Here’s an easter egg in the new Lego Batman that I think all of yourwill REALLY appreciate.

It’s so good, I had to make a video.

My #picotron port of Lemmings now has all the original levels playable (plus the replacement levels, plus all the holiday levels, plus a handful of others)

It runs in the browser here:

@isaiah My grandpa will be 98 next month. It's hard to have a conversation with him because of his hearing, but he's doing great otherwise.

My grandma (on the other side) is 88, and I got to take her down to the rural county she grew up in over the weekend. She was showing us the places she remembers from her childhood -- the church she was blessed in, her grandparents' house, the store she used to get treats from (still has the Squirt advertisement painted on it), etc.

what a crazy story and journey regarding the stolen LEGO sets. Feel sorry for most of the Bricks and Minifigs Stores not involved in this.. Now other LEGO YouTubers are commenting on this now. https://youtu.be/wscQpkcwgNU?si=eF7vpuAinfBiF8rt
I tracked down the thief who stole $200,000 of LEGO

@inket Yeah, I mean that if you can afford it, it's the among best in the world. But if you're poor you're worse off. I live in a medium size (blue) city in a red state. I also have a disabled/medically complex daughter. We have excellent care here, but I'm also a high earning software engineer with good insurance.

I've never lived in Tokyo (lived on Kyushu, but I was single), but I don't think I'd want to raise kids there either. I have a friend in Chiba who has 5 kids. Seems very hard...
