@Xergg The ICJ based its ruling in current jurisprudence and a myriad of different testimonies. Had you watched the session, you'd know SA lawyers based a lot of their case on public statements by Israeli authorities.

I'm sorry to break it to you Xergg, but you're ignoring two rulings by the International Court of Justice, what the UN special rapporteur to Gaza has said, and what the top human rights organizations have said: Israel is committing a genocide in Gaza.

You also seem uninformed about the works of historians and theoreticians like Ilan Pappe, Maxime Robinson, Henry Cattan, Noam Chomsky, Rashid Khalidi, among others.
