@AnnaAnthro It's mast was too big in relation to the keel. Can't right it if it broached. Physics. Also hubris. One of the reasons speculated that the #Bayesian sank so fast was due to its oversized mast. Several years ago, I wrote about Billionaires and their competition for 'oversized masts,' and how that extends to other areas, which impose greatly on the rest of us.
