❤️ Thank you @bagder for maintaining #curl since 1998. What would we do without it, how long would it take us, and what code quality would those solutions have without you? Thank you so much! ❤️
...and how on earth would people be able to check the weather forecast without curl? 😉
(Please join me in thanking Daniel, and let others here on the #Fediverse know about your favourite ways of using #curl )
No sé si lo saqué de aquí, de algún canal de Telegram, o de dónde. Pero este curso gratuito y DESCARGABLE para hacer el #mantenimiento de tu #bicicleta es gloria bendita:

I think one of the underrated things about LLMs for coding is that they make writing code on a mobile phone massively more feasible
I can build small but useful pieces of software entirely on my phone now - without even needing to pay full attention, so it's compatible with being out in the world
I knock out small tools on my phone several times a week now, but my most ambitious phone coding project is still this one https://simonwillison.net/2025/Jul/17/vibe-scraping/
SSH brute force login attempts 🤣 It is time to hide your ssh port behind a vpn? I say, disable password based login and only use the 2FA protected ssh keys based login and ensure TCP/port 22 is rate limited.
I've more tips for you. Read: OpenSSH Server Best Security Practices https://www.cyberciti.biz/tips/linux-unix-bsd-openssh-server-best-practices.html if you want to protect yourself from such attacks.
