I’m the last talk of the conference this afternoon! Lots to reflect on too after 3 days at Agile Cambridge.

Had a great time speaking at DTX Manchester yesterday, specifically around how short lived working groups can be the catalyst to gaining organisational capabilities such as good incident management practices. Chatted through some examples of how these sorts of ‘swarming teams’ may evolve into longer lived Enabling and Platform teams with the right care and attention.
