Wow. I read a tweet about this and thought it was *obviously* parody. And now there’s video of it, like that tweet coming to life. @[email protected] is right, this is art. 10/10 no notes.

Convoy organizer Brendan Miler after he realizes he yelled after Greg MacEachern, who is not Brian Fox. He then scrummed for abut 10 mins with reporters.

"Apparently there's a lot of people out there that look like Mr. Fox.

I’m gonna miss the trending lists on Twitter. Some days it’s like a bizarre short fiction writing prompt.
I can’t emphasize this enough: If you pick an ISP based on how woke it is, get lost. Judge TekSavvy for what it’s done, the great service is provides, and the hard work we do to promote competition. But I’m proud of my family and of TekSavvy, and targeting us is a loser move.

I obviously can't stop thinking about what happened at the #OCDSB board meeting last night.

On the surface, this was about masks, as the convoy was about vaccines and truckers.

But it's really just about the mob. The bullying is the goal. That's their only play.

Last night, it was mob rule applied to an issue that should be pretty innocuous (wearing masks at school in a health care crisis).

If we don't find ways to resist the mob, how will we ever address real, larger challenges?

I'm into defending TekSavvy customers and supporting an open Internet, but if you're into harassment then you should absolutely find some other service provider.

The competition and power dynamics around the Twitter implosion are fascinating.

This was a freeflowing thread about #competition, #monopoly, #monopsony, #twitter, #telecom, and #cdnpoli, and I posted it in a weird way because I'm still learning Mastodon!

Leadership means walking the walk. We will show you how it is done, at our meeting to #BringBackMasks to take care of students and educators. Here’s the motion. To angry parents: There are worse things than wearing a mask indoors. Speak to parents whose children can’t breathe.

Encouraging and recommending aren't just things you say, they're things you do. Saying you encourage or recommend indoor masking, but not masking indoors, only undermines trust.

On Monday, Ontario’s CMOH Dr. Kieran Moore “strongly recommended” Ontarians wear masks indoors.

Last night, 3 days later, he was partying maskless at Toronto Life’s celebration for its 50 most influential Torontonians of 2022, videos show.
