One benefit of #WFH - can take breaks by finally catching up on reading this pile of magazines that has mostly just been collecting dust for months. And while relaxing on this excellent hammock 😊

Pretty crazy how just a few weeks ago it seemed like it'd be fine to travel home for spring break and after that spend a weekend in SF going to fun events.

A bummer to have to cancel, but of course it's the least I can do (for my own sake and for the sake of others).

Via front page of HN, a nice reminder from Terry Tao that writing is often easiest by starting with finishing sloppy and quick -- but complete -- versions and then iterating. This is easily my favorite way to write most of the time. #AcademicChatter
