I'm living the dream, my mini excavator arrived this week. And of course the first thing I did was take it apart so I can mod it.

I think it was 40F when I took these pictures, they are loving the cold weather, and refused to come inside so I could close the window to their catio.
I guess this is an acceptable failure state.
